These are the flavors provided at every cake tasting. The cakes are paired with fillings that we recommend but can be changed to fit your preference!
If you have a specific cake flavor in mind, please let us know and we will do our best to have that for you to taste as well! We also offer Gluten Free cake options. Please let us know in advance if you would like to try these!
Sit down consultations are $50 or we we have a cake sample box you can pick up to try on your own time for $25. If you book this will go towards your balance.
We use a Swiss Meringue Buttercream icing, which is made with pure, quality butter that leaves it light and creamy in texture and balanced between sweetness and richness. We have this in vanilla, milk chocolate or dark chocolate.
Pricing
Our cakes start at a base price of $8.00 per serving and can go up from there based on the exact cake design. A base price cake includes simple buttercream designs, textured icing and naked or semi-naked cakes. The price will go up when you start adding color, metallic colors, intricate designs, fondant, sugar flowers, etc.
Sweet Somethings does not provide fresh flowers for your cake. You will need to talk with your florist about adding cake florals if that is part of your design. Your florist can leave those at the cake table and we will place them upon delivery.
Sculpted cakes are are not priced per serving but per individual order, based on the difficulty of the design as well as how many it needs to serve.
Delivery
We deliver all over DFW and surrounding areas! Our delivery fee is based upon the location of your venue.
We have an $800 minimum on orders that are to be delivered. All orders under $800 must be picked up.
